ABOUT BUTTERFLY IFF
We are glad to welcome you to our festival! Butterfly International Film Festival is created for independent filmmakers who are both at the beginning of the journey, and already firmly afloat.
Our main goal is to help you discover your talent! For the public to recognize the film, you need an authoritative opinion of someone, we have assembled our jury committee so that they become the same authorities for the rest of society. But this does not mean at all that we are at least in some kind of filmmaking framework.
If your work suggests thoughts beyond the author's idea, this film can be considered an art. If your film has a place for rhythm, hidden and revealed, duality, paradoxicity, exclusivity, feelings, tension or relief - we are glad to welcome you, and be sure we will appreciate it.
Annual Event will be held in 2023 for 3 Days

Nominations: These are all the films that have been nominated for an award in a category. Not all nominated films will be screened

By submitting to us, you give us consent and right to screen your film in front of a live audience, and, under special circumstances, online screening

Festival have rights to change place and date of the annual event

All films must be submitted in English or with English subtitles (if in a different language)

All films must have been made in or after 2019
6
Short films must not exceed 30 minutes

Filmmakers are responsible for sorting out the copyright on their own materials

Festival Have rights to use trailer and stills from participants works in promotional purposes

Annual Screening participants will be notified within 2 months before event
